When the service ends, the website comes offline. We hand over your copy, your photos and your domain, which are yours, and we help you point it wherever you like. The only thing that doesn't travel with you is the website we built and maintained.
€99 + VAT a month, and that's it. There's no joining fee, the design isn't billed separately, and the domain, the hosting and the certificate are all in.
Changes aren't charged either: editing copy, prices, photos or opening hours, or adding new pages, is part of the fee. The only things quoted separately are genuinely different services, such as an online shop with a payment gateway or an advertising campaign.
Between 2 and 3 weeks from the moment we have the material: photos, business details and a half-hour conversation so we understand who you sell to.
If you have no copy, we write it. If the photos are weak, we tell you exactly which ones are missing and how to get them without paying for a photo shoot.
It comes down to one thing: how many customers has it brought you this month? If the answer is none, or you don't know, the website isn't working.
Before proposing anything we look at what you have: how it loads, what it ranks for and what can be salvaged. Sometimes the honest answer is that a tidy-up is all you need, and we'll tell you that.
