Does the website become mine?
No, and it’s worth knowing from the start: the website lives while the service is active, just like your hosting or your invoicing software. It isn’t a purchase, it’s a service, which is why it’s a monthly fee and not a big payment up front. Your copy, your photos and your domain are always yours. If what you want is a website you own outright, we prepare a separate fixed quote.
What if one day I want to stop?
You stop. It’s month-to-month, with no penalty: you let us know and the service ends at the end of the current month. The website goes offline and we hand over your copy, your photos and your domain so you can take them wherever you like.
Is everything really included, or are there extras?
Design isn’t billed separately, and the domain, hosting and certificate are included in the monthly fee. So are changes and new pages. Only things that are a different service are quoted separately, such as an online store with payment processing or an advertising campaign. You get the exact fee in your proposal.
How long until it’s online?
Between 2 and 3 weeks from the moment we have the material: photos, business details and a half-hour call to understand who you sell to. If you don’t have copy, we write it, in English and Spanish.
Can the website be in several languages?
Yes. The website can run in up to 3 languages within the fee. English and Spanish come standard, which matters if you serve Hispanic customers. If you need more languages, they are added separately.
I already have a website. Is it worth changing?
It depends on one question: how many customers did it bring you this month? Before proposing anything we review the one you have: how it loads, what it ranks for and what can be saved. Sometimes the honest answer is that a few tweaks are enough, and we tell you so.
Will this rank me on Google?
The website is built on an SEO foundation from day one: structure, copy, speed and correct technical data. It’s the base you rank on. To compete for hard searches you also need ongoing work on content, reviews and your Google profile, which is what we do in our SEO plans.
Can I ask for changes whenever I want?
Yes. You email or text us what you want changed and it gets done, no ticket and no quote. Small changes are usually live the same day or the next; a new page takes a little longer, but it’s within the fee.
Do you work with my type of business?
We mostly work with businesses that live on being found nearby: restaurants, clinics, real estate agencies, hotels, med spas and salons, home services, professional services and local retail. If your customer looks you up on Google or Maps before deciding, this is for you.
