Turbo Google Ads · Google Ads management
SEO takes months. Google Ads starts on Monday.
Google Ads, set up properly, brings you customers from the first week while your organic rankings mature. It isn’t a patch: it’s the bridge across the months a business can’t afford to sit and wait. In English and Spanish, with the account in your name and a flat fee.
5.0Real reviews from our clientsWhy this plan exists
The problem isn’t SEO. It’s the wait.
Organic rankings work, but they take time. And for a business that needs revenue this quarter, those first months feel endless. Turbo covers exactly that gap.
Built, not yet seen
Website, content and Google profile. It all adds up, but the phone isn’t ringing because of it yet.
Starting to move
The first rankings and the first organic calls arrive.
It pays its own way
Organic compounds month after month and many clients cut their ad spend.
Turbo’s first 90 days
- Week 1SetupAccount in your name, tracking working, keywords and negatives agreed, first campaigns live.
- Weeks 2-6LearningGoogle needs data. We cut what doesn’t convert and expand what does. Calls are already coming in.
- Weeks 7-12OptimizationWe bring the cost per customer down. This is when we’ll know, with numbers, whether it’s worth carrying on.
To work together you need
- A real ad budgetThat’s what you pay Google, separate from our fee. In most U.S. markets, below a certain monthly spend Google doesn’t gather enough data to optimize; we tell you the figure for your area in the audit.
- Three months’ runwayNot twelve. A quarter is the minimum to decide with data. After that, month to month.
- A website that convertsThe ad is half the job; the other half is where it lands. If yours doesn’t convert, we build it or pair Turbo with a plan that includes one.
Missing one of these? We’ll tell you before charging you. Many businesses start with Starter or Growth and add ads later, and Turbo can be combined with any plan.
What we actually do
We don’t “run ads”. We build a customer acquisition system.
Anyone can create a campaign in twenty minutes. What decides whether you make or lose money is everything that comes before and after.
Real demand
What your customers type when they have the problem you solve, in English and in Spanish. And what they type when they want it free, which goes to negatives before a dollar is spent.
Account by intent
Campaigns are split by what the person wants. Someone in a hurry and someone comparing don’t deserve the same bid.
Measure first
Calls, texts, forms and bookings tracked before anything goes live. If it can’t be measured, it doesn’t launch.
Hand-written ads
With your way of selling and what sets you apart, in both languages. No twenty auto-generated variants hoping one sticks.
A page that converts
The ad doesn’t go to your homepage, but to a page built for that search, which we adjust when the data says so.
Weekly optimization
Negatives, bids, schedules, devices and radius. An account nobody touches for a month loses money every day.
What we’ll never do: switch on an automated campaign, leave it alone and send you an impressions report at the end of the month.
Two languages, one budget
Your customers search in English or in Spanish. Your ads should answer in both.
In markets like Miami, New York, New Jersey or Houston, a Spanish-only or English-only campaign leaves half the demand to your competitors. We build the campaigns in both languages, each with its own keywords, ads and landing page, and we measure which one brings you customers at a better price.
- U.S. teamYour contact is in your time zone and knows your market.
- English + SpanishSeparate campaigns, ads and landing pages per language.
- One metricHow much each customer costs you.
Our model
Most agencies charge a percentage of your spend. We don’t.
If your agency takes a percentage of your ad spend, it earns more the more you spend. The day the best move for your business is to cut the budget, nobody will suggest it.
We earn the same whatever you spend. If we tell you to spend more or less, it’s because it suits you.
So how much does it cost?
It depends on how many locations you want to promote and how far you want to reach, so we don’t publish a figure that may not fit your case. Request the free audit: we look at how many people search for what you sell in your area and tell you what ad budget you need and what the management would cost.

In your name, with your payment method and the full history. If you leave, you take all of it.
No commission
A flat fee that doesn’t move when your budget does.
One metric rules
How much each customer costs you. No impressions, no pretty charts.
Questions
Google Ads with YellowRock: your questions, answered.
Ad spend, commitment, results and who owns what. No small print.
What’s the minimum I need to spend on Google?
It depends on your industry and your city: a plumber in Tampa and a real estate agent in Manhattan don’t pay the same per click. Below a certain monthly spend Google doesn’t gather enough data to optimize and you’d be paying for management that can’t do its job. In the free audit we look at what people search for in your area and tell you the ad budget you need. If it isn’t there yet, we’ll tell you and suggest starting somewhere else.
Does the fee include the ad spend?
No. You pay the ad spend directly to Google with your own card, and our fee covers strategy, setup, ad copy, tracking and weekly optimization. That way you always know how much goes to advertising and how much to management.
Do you take a commission on what I spend?
Never. Our fee is flat and doesn’t go up because you spend more. An agency that charges a percentage earns more the more you spend, and that colors every piece of advice it gives you.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. We create or claim it in your name and with your payment method, and we work with manager access. If you ever stop or switch agencies, you keep the account and its entire history.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for three months, not twelve. That’s the minimum for Google to get through its learning period and give us data to decide with. From the fourth month you continue month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Can I hire just Turbo, without an SEO plan?
Yes, if you already have a website that converts: we review it first, because if we send paid traffic to a page that doesn’t convert we can’t answer for the result. If it doesn’t, we build the landing page or pair Turbo with a plan that includes a website. Turbo can be combined with Starter, Growth or Authority.
Do you run the campaigns in Spanish too?
Yes. Where your market searches in Spanish we build separate campaigns, with their own keywords, ads and landing page, and we measure each language on its own. In many markets the Spanish campaign brings customers at a lower cost.
When will I see results?
Traffic, from the first week. Calls and messages, usually from the second or third. A stable, optimized cost per customer, around the third month.
What do I get every month?
A report on what matters: how much each customer costs you, which campaigns work and what we’ve changed. A bad month is reported the same as a good one, and if we see it isn’t worth carrying on, we’ll be the first to tell you.
I’ve tried Google Ads and it didn’t work. Why would this be different?
Our first question is how much each customer from it cost you. If you don’t know, you didn’t try Google Ads: you tried spending without measuring. Let us look at the old account and we’ll show you where the budget went.
